- Follow-up decisions issued by the Secretary General of the University and distribute them to the competent authorities and ensure their implementation and organize the work of interviews.

- Compilation of the university's different requirements in coordination with the General Department of Procurement and Warehouses in order to raise different needs through central tenders.

- Compilation, compilation and compilation of the topics to be presented to the Secretary-General of the University, action taken to present them and follow-up on the implementation of the recommendations made thereon. The compilation of all laws, ministerial decisions, advisory opinions, regulations and decisions of the Council of the League of Arab States can be found in the study and review of matters referred to the Bureau.

- Review of subjects received from the various faculties and departments of the University (financial resources, budget and accounts, financial and administrative guidance, student affairs, postgraduate studies, research, university cities, youth welfare, management and administration, in addition to the subjects received from the office of Professor Dr ./Rector, Vice-Presidents, hospitals and other ministries on a daily basis.
