Assistant Secretary for Education and Students Affairs

His work:

*To assist the Vice-Chancellor in all work related to the formulation of general policies for the education and student sector, including the formulation of general policy for medical affairs and general policy for the work of university towns and nutrition, as well as the general policy on student welfare services, as well as the implementation of general policy for education, registration, study and exams for students and university students.
*To provide assistance in all work related to the formulation of the general policy for financial and administrative affairs in this sector, which fulfils the University's policy, as well as work on the application of laws, regulations, publications and periodicals governing the nature of such work, and work towards the implementation of these policies.
*Supervise the work of these general departments and review their work. The general audit is intended to ensure the validity of the work and the integrity of the procedures. The work is submitted to Mr. Dr ./Vice-Chancellor of the University for Education and Students' Affairs for consideration.
*Supervise the work of various activities in the light of the powers conferred or the authorization given to it in certain competencies.
*Participation in the boards of special funds and units of a special nature in the education and student affairs sector.
*Preparation of periodic reports on the activities of the Education and Student Affairs Sector and elevation of the direct presidency.

Supervises the following organizational divisions:

*General Department of Education and Students' Affairs.
*General Administration of University Cities.
*General Directorate of Medical Affairs.
*General Department of Youth Welfare
