 Introduction to the administration of the University Council Secretariat

The management of the Council secretariat represents an atypical quality of management that is central, given the relevance of its work to all the University's leadership, faculty and management, which are among the most efficient governing bodies at the University level.

Governing functions of the University Council Secretariat

- Receiving all the subjects to be presented to the University Council in a period of three weeks during the month.
- To study, examine and review those topics in order to ensure that they meet the legal, formal and substantive aspects necessary for their submission to the Council.
- To prepare the agenda of the Council one week in advance and send it to the members of the Council for a study in preparation for the Council's meeting on the scheduled day at the end of the month.
- To prepare the minutes of the meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States after the end of the meeting of the Council, containing all the decisions adopted by the Council, to be signed by Mr. Professor Dr ./Rector and Mr. Professor/Secretary-General of the University.
- Preparation of the document for the meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States containing all the discussions that took place at the meeting on the topics presented, to be signed by Mr. Professor Dr ./Rector and Mr. Professor/Secretary-General of the University.
- Follow-up of all decisions adopted by the Council with the competent authorities in order to ensure their implementation;
- Ongoing cooperation with university faculties and departments in all university matters because of the existence of a high - level database of university profiles loaded on computers with a specific qualitative load of numbers and dates, which leads to their call at record speed and with high accuracy.
- The ongoing periodic modernization of internal labour systems in cooperation with fellow departments of other universities results in the optimal use of available possibilities and thus the reduction of losses in the public interest.
