Head of Central Department of Human Resources Operations at Mansoura University.

The following works are concerned with:

*Ensure the application of laws, resolutions and periodicals governing the nature of work and the implementation of public policies, as well as the proper application of these laws and functional regulations.
*Chairing and membership of human resources committees and working towards the implementation of the purposes for which these committees are constituted.
*Assisting the Secretary-General of the University in implementing regulations, laws and administrative regulations in all fields of employment.
*Examine subjects transmitted by the Secretary-General of the University, prepare detailed notes on a case-by-case basis and express an opinion thereon in accordance with the applicable rules and discuss them in preparation for presentation to the competent authority.
*To carry out all administrative work entrusted to the Assistant Secretary of the University in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Universities Organization *Act No. 49 of 1972 and its Executive Regulations and the Civil Service Act No. 81 of 2016.
*Improving working methods to ensure higher performance rates and saving time for employees by developing previously prepared forms for transportation and assignment for the first year and another model for reassignment for more than a year thus making it easier for the employee to complete such forms prepared before and quickly achieve the required achievement.
*Feedback on the activities and efforts of departments and departments such as the General Directorate of Personnel Affairs followed by the Department of Workers' Affairs (General Staff) and Faculty Affairs Department (Special Staff), General Administration of Administrative Affairs with its departments of workers' welfare, campus and university gardens, as well as administrative departments of the Department of Workers' Affairs such as the Department of Settlements, Files, Service *Affairs, Holidays, etc., coverage of first-time observations and work to cover them, improve working methods and raise performance rates.
*Holding periodic meetings with subordinates and discussing the steps of work and problems that arise and working on the easiest solutions and addressing problems that appear to the employee in the performance of his job.
