Human Resources Committees

   As part of the monthly follow-up to the Office of the Secretary-General of the University, the administrative organ of the State has ensured institutional reform and the building of an efficient, effective and developmental administrative body, which applies governance standards and heightens the satisfaction of employees in government bodies and is in line with Egypt's Vision 2030.

   The human resources committees of Mansoura University Hospital and the University Education Department were held on Thursday 19/1/2023 at the office of Mr. Mohamed Abdul Latif - The Secretary-General of the University headed by him in the presence of Mr. Saad Abdulwahab, Assistant Secretary for Administrative Affairs and Mr. Ashraf Kamel, Director-General for Administrative Affairs, Ms. Amina Saleh - Director General of Management and Administration Ms. Sahar Al-Shourgi Director- General of Workers' Affairs ,Ms. Amal Abdel Razek Director-General of Legal Affairs and members of the Human Resources Committees of Mansoura University Hospital and Education Department.

     The first meeting started the examination of the topics before the Committee of the Mansoura University Hospital, including the transfer of 2 employees on  free financial Degree. The incentive for scientific excellence was also given to 4 employees who received a master's degree in accordance with article 39 of the Civil Service Act No. 81 of 2016.

   The second meeting discussed the topics of the University's Department of Education, which included the granting of a distinguished performance incentive to 2 doctoral (PhD) employees  stipulated by Prime Minister's Decision No. 734 of 2005 for medical and auxiliary professionals subject to the provisions of Law No. 118 of 2015, an incentive for scientific excellence to 10 employees who received a master's degree in accordance with article 39 of the Civil Service Act No. ,the transfer of 12 employees on  free financial Degree, and the elimination of penalties for 15 employees for the expiry of the statutory period, as well as the amendment of the job title for 1 employee.
