Mansoura University and Institutional Accreditation

  As part of the progress of Mansoura University for Institutional Accreditation at the University as the first Egyptian Government University to apply for accreditation from the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority, Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basit, the prsident of the University, held an expanded meeting of the administrative sector at the University in the presence of Mr. Osama Abdel Fattah Musa, Secretary-General of the University and Professor Dr. Saham Jad Al-Haq, Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment Centre of the University and Assistant Trustees of the University and Professor Dr. Amir Shalan, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and The General Directors of the University and Ms. Manal Yesen the Secretary of the Quality Assurance Centre and a group of distinguished employees of the University and its various faculties who have previously pioneered in this field.

   Dr. Ashraf Abdul Basit, emphasized that  the slogan of the current stage is "No voice above the voice of accreditation", explaining the importance of accreditation to the University and all its members. He explained that the University of Mansoura has fulfilled all the requirements for the University's accreditation as a governmental institution, indicating the bright points that distinguished the University with its administrative apparatus, various colleges or medical centres.

   The Secretary of the University pointed out that Mansoura University is the first government university to apply for accreditation. He also noted the need for collective action between the leaders of the University and the working gentlemen and its students to achieve the goal of obtaining accreditation by the National Authority for Quality Education and Accreditation.

   Prof. seham Gad El-Haq explained the activities of the accreditation visit, which will take place through the first two stages through virtual meetings (zoom application), which will be held during the month of Ramadan and the second actual visit, which will be after Eid al-Fitr. The visit will last from 5 to 6 days.

Besides, the Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Center presented steps forward for the University's accreditation
